The venue for Constroindia 2012 has been fixed at the Agriculture College Ground in Pune, Maharashtra. In 2012, the tradeshow will be held for 4 days from January 12-15.

Constroindia 2012 will be organised by the Pune Construction Engineering Research Foundation (PCERF), a non-profit organisation established in August 1983. PCERF has been known for its industrial activities and social responsibilities, which include hosting exhibitions, conferences, seminars, awareness workshops, undertaking research projects and others.
