Developed destinations

Since its inception, the company has developed the two following projects:

• Ozone Manay Tech Park: Located in Bengaluru, this state-of-the-art IT park spreads across an area of 5,50,000 square feet. This premier office space caters to companies in segments such as IT, ITeS and BPO. The major highlights of the project include ample car parking facilities and recreational space, comprising cafeteria, health club and swimming pool.
• Residenza: Overlooking a lake off Sarjapur Road, Bengaluru, this integrated township comprises 44 town houses and penthouses, each with a beautiful garden. The various amenities that residents can avail are bowling alley, swimming pool, Wi-Fi campus, amphitheatre and others.

Ongoing destinations

At present, the company has four ongoing real estate projects, which are as follows:

• Evergreens: Located in Bengaluru, this is an affordable housing project covering an area of 10 acres.
• Goa Ozone Island: Located on an island in Goa, this island development project includes luxury villas, a hotel, spa, golf course and private marina.
• The other two projects are The Urbana in Bengaluru and Metrozone in Chennai.
