Realising the demand for premium housing projects in Mumbai, Ravi Puravankara established Purvankara Projects Limited in 1975. In 1987, the company expanded its presence in Bengaluru. Over the last few years, the company has grown by leaps and bounds by developing quality properties across various regions of the country. At present, Purvankara Projects has curved a niche in the Indian real estate industry and envisages becoming a household name in the near future. 

Location

The company is headquartered in Bengaluru, with branch offices in Mumbai, Chennai and Kochi. Apart from this, it has offices in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) and business representatives in Kuwait, the US and the UK.

The company is engaged in the construction of both residential and commercial real estate. Currently, the company has more than 20 million square feet under construction, including residential and commercial space.

Completed projects

The company has developed several projects, some of which are as follows:

Purva Carnation: Located in the posh locality of Cox Town, Bengaluru, Purva Carnation is an exclusive residential project, comprising three-four bedroom apartments.  

Purva Fairmont: Located in Koramangala, Bengaluru, Purva Fairmont is a conclave of quality living and extensive greenery. The project comprises two-three apartments, which are spacious and equipped with modern facilities.

Whitefield Bougainvilla: Located in proximity to the Bengaluru airport, Whitefield Bougainvilla is a beautifully-planned housing project. The exposed brick exteriors, picket fences and wicket gates evoke memories of 19th century England. This residential realty project comprises 23 properties, including duplex, independent or twin apartments. Each of them has a garden.

The ongoing projects of Purvankara Projects include:

  • Purva Swanlake and Purva Jade in Chennai
  • Purva GrandBay, Purva Eternity, Purva Moonreach and Purva Oceana in Kochi
  • Purva Venezia, Purva Highlands, Purva Atria, Purva Fountain Square, Purva Vantage and Purva Grande in Bengaluru

Interior designing

The company has an in-house interior designing department with skilled architects and designers. Customers, who are keen to decorate their homes beautifully, can choose from three options - luxury, designer and economical.

The luxury package comprises designing of kitchen, wardrobes, TV unit, crockery unit, dining unit and others, within a price range of around Rs 4.5-5.5 lakh. The designer package ranges from Rs 3.5-4.5 lakh, while the economical package includes decorating of only kitchen and wardrobes within a range of around Rs 3-4 lakh.

Customer-relationship programme

The company introduced a unique customer-relationship programme, Purva Privileges to strengthen its client relation. The members of the programme can avail the following privileges:

  • Refer and get rewarded: Customers can refer their friends or relatives and for every successful referral he/she will receive a reward from the company.
  • Concierge services: Concierge desk offers services such as delivery of medicines, flowers and cakes, recommendations and reservations for restaurants, leisure tours, theatres, flight, bus and golf courses, among others.
  • Special offers: Select outlets often give attractive discounts to the members of Purva Privileges programme across various product categories.
