 AMB Property Corporation, a leading owner, operator and developer of industrial real estate, has leased out around 455,200 square feet of land in its AMB Guangzhou Development Zone Logistics Center to three third-party logistics (3PL) firms and an electronics solutions company. AMB Guangzhou Development Zone Logistics Center is a multi-story business park, sprawling over an area of 1 million square feet. Over 50 per cent of the development has been leased already. AMB Guangzhou Development Zone Logistics Center was recently named the Best in the Industrial Logistics Sector by the Guangzhou Logistics Association. |
